DA Calculation Sheet

DA Calculation Sheet: The DA for Central Government Employees was earlier calculated based on the consumer price index with the base year 2001. The Central Government replaced it with a new consumer price index with the base year 2016 to calculate the DA from September 2020.

  1. This site is doing wonderful job for the central government employees. I think there will be 6-7% hike in DA w.e.f. 01.01.2011.

    • I HOPE DA WILL BE 31 PERCENT FROM JULY 2021 AND HRA TRANSPORT WILL BE INCREASE BY 3,2,1,AND 25 0ERCENT RESPECTIVELY.

  2. The Govt. of India and all State Government should immediately formulate special package scheme to all Senior Citizens with specific reference to Retirees as done in Western Countries. Their service and experience may also be utilised for development of our Country. I agree with Mr. Venkat. The Pensioners must be atleast provided with subsidised food items etc.

  3. this site presents da eligibility upto latest available data. Thus it is quite informative. It is also user friendly. My dear sir keep up this good work.

  4. I hope a increase of 6% d a hike from january 2011 i e total 51% d a and govt may soon declare enhancement of 25% increase in allowances.

  5. Whenever D.A. is increased, the Pensioners must be sanctioned an increase of 0.25% of basic Pension in proportion to D.A. They have also to be sanctioned HRA/CCA applicable

  6. Thanks for the informative system u have developed. Is there any chance of merger of DA to Basic Pension, if the rate of DA goes beyond 50% ?

  7. I think this is a very good & informative website for Central Govt. Employees. I expect that the DA w.e.f. January 2011 is about 7% to 8% as per All India Index sheet.
    Thanks…..

  8. Thanks for this website. Really this is boon for Central Govt. employees. Sir, please also provide information for pensioners i.e. about their DA, and if it crosses 52 or 53% , additional allowance of 25% allowance if given will be added to basic pay or commuted pension?

    Thanks,

    Bagga K.G.

  9. I found this site 6 months before and it is very useful information to know the increase of DA prior to the announcement of dearness allowance by the Government.
    Thanks.

  10. What are the allowances which will be increased by 25 % due to the increase in DA beyond 50 %? Whether NPA (Non Practising allowance) is included in this ?

  11. By filing this calculation sheet you are doing a wonderful service central employees and pensioners a yeoman service. Please continue this with innovations. Thanks a lot.

  12. sir
i think that Dearness allowance would be 7 or 8 percent for the month of january 2011. da is now september 2010 is 48.66 and approximately d a arrive 52 or 53 percentage. And as recommendation of 6cpc when da crossed the 50% then 25% allowance may be increased by GOI. That is the estimate for january da format is like this view. send comment to my email id [email protected]
