Now almost confirmed, as per the AICPIN data, Dearness Allowance from July 2014 will be 7%. Today Labour India released AICPIN data for the month of June 2014, based on the calculation Expected Dearness Allowance from July 2014 will be 7%. However we have to wait for Government Announcement.

The Minister of State for Mines, Steel and Labour and Employment, Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has said that the Government has since approved a proposal for increase in wage ceiling for coverage under Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 from Rs. 6,500/- to Rs. 15,000/- per month. Medical Facilities to Government employees

Central Government Health Scheme provides medical care to its beneficiaries which include serving as well as retired Central Government employees. The CGHS provides its services through a network of CGHS Wellness Centers which are in operation presently in 25 major cities of the country.
