    Please let me know whether DOPT have issued orders for pay anomaly due to merger pay scales(Rs.5000/- & Rs.5500/-) with Rs.6500/- as the NAC has accepted their minimum pay should be fixed as Rs.6500/- X 1.86. Kindly do the needful at the rarliest bye mailing to chandrasekhar_devmitra@yahoo.com

    Retired from defence service with basic pay 10420 and Grade pay Rs 2800 Now employed as civilian in Indian Navy with Basic pay 6310 and grade pay Rs 1900

An U.D.C., whose minimum qualification is Graduate is drawing Grade Pay Rs.2400/, whereas a Sewerman has drawn Rs.2400/- whose minimum qualification is under 8th. True, Selucus what a ridiculous Country is this.

    I HAVE BEEN PROMOTED AS SUB DIVISIONAL INSPECTOR WEF 29-12-2010 IN THE PAY BAND OF RS 9300-34800 WITH THE GRADE PAY OF RS.4200.PRIOR TO THIS I WAS WORKING AS ACCOUNTANT IN THE PAY BAND OF RS. 5200-20200 WITH GP 2800. MY DDO HAS DEDUCTED 30/- RS AS CGEGIS SUBSCRIBTIONACCORDING TO THE PREVIOUS PATTERN.     can a single person can work as a HOO,D&DO Administrative Officer, Library officer, purchase committee member, CPWD co-dinator for long time in central govt office ie: 5to 7 year as additional duties along with his regular own duties . this person is playing with SC/ST GOvt servants by writing adverse remark in Annual confidential report,due due this many have not got promotions. please give answer to this case

    An indivivdual applies for LTC advance and travels by private vehicle where no LTC reimbursement is applicable and avails of 10 days EL encashment. The LTC claim gets forfeited but what happens to the EL encashed? Please clarify.

    I ldc Sl 2002 but unfortunately till now LDC not promotion on ad-hoc basis. when I completed 9 year service. While dopt has given an Office Memorandum dated 15.1.2008 stop gap arrangement. we are waiting promotion for udc. How much late…. then i want to see in this case.

    In Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (HRD)has implimented for those having feeder and promoted pay scales when identical and promoted on or after 01 Jan 2006 and are eligible One increment of 3%.If so let me know DOPT ‘s or if any clarification order by CGDA with ministry of finance then order number and date, so that the same can be implimented in Sainik Schools also.

    I had joined as Stenographer Grade ‘D’ in Subordinate office of M/o HRD in 1998. I had got promotion in Steno (Sr.) on July, 2007 in the Grade Pay of Rs.4200. Now I have promoted office superintendent but Grade pay is same i.e. Rs.4200. Please tell me whether I am eligible to get the benefit of Grade Pay of Rs.4600 in the post of Office Superintendent.

    Dear sir,
    Presently I am working in central govt. Department and possessed diploma in electrical engineering with 11 years continuous service in electrical field of engineering. As per the OM No:F16-19/75/T-2, dated 26.5.77 Ministry of Education & Social Welfare, Dept. of Education Technical,the letter stated as “Diploma in Engineering in appropriate discipline plus total ten years of technical experience in the appropriate fields is recognized as equivalent to degree in engineering. It is considered valid for the purpose of selection to Gazetted posts and services under central or state Government”. As per the above OM, 1. whether my qualification is equivalent to Degree in Engineering? 2. Whether I am eligible for applying for higher post of having minimum qualification of Degree in Engineering. Please help me sir.

    i m working as a teacher in ministry of labour & employment. i have completed two master degree in same year one by distance lerning & second by private from kanpur universiy, but also i have taken permision by head of office for both master degree, but when i completed both then she entred only one & second is pending for entry. she told me you can not do both in same time. but i saw in inter-net that i can do many course together(only private or distance edu.)
    if you have any rule for this plz send me order copy & rule for showmensip.

    Sir, I have been working as LDC since 2005 in the pay scale of 5200-20200+G.P.(1900) now revised as 5200-20200+G.P. 2800 by the order of Supreme Court. I have already applied for the post of LDC(TA) in Department of Telecommunication in the pay scale of 5200-20200+G.P. 1900 before revision of my scale. Now, If I will select for the post of LDC(TA) in DOT in the pay scale of 5200-20200+G.P. 1900. Whether I will get the same pay scale i.e. 5200-20200+2800 in the department of telecommunication according to my parent department. If you have any rule for this plz send my order copy & rule.     Please let me know if any orders/clarification is issued regarding merging of speed increments for stenogaphers consequent to DOPT orders (issued)during Dec 2009. Navy is not implementing the orders issued by DOPT in Dec 09 pending carificaion whether these are to be shown separately or merged into pay as was done for others prior to 1986. If the clarification is not issued pensiioners are severely affected becausse they are not taken into account at the time of calculaton of pension.

    I have retired from service as Stenographer Gr.I during Mar 09 without the benefit of mergingn of speed increments into pay. However DOPT have issued orders in Dec 09 saying that speed increments are to be given all allowances but sient on taking for consideration at the time of calculation of pension. Pending claarification/ambiguity the Navy has neither merged them into pay nor taken for calculation of pension. In the orders issued by the DOPT in Dec 09, the question of arbitration came up is for merging of speed increments in to pay and taken for all purposes including for caculation of pension.

    Presently I am working in isro, DOS as a Sci/Engr’SC’. I have joined in isro, DOS on 19.11.201 as a Technical Asst Pay Scale Rs 5000-150-8000. I got first promotion on 01.04.2006 to next higher grade Rs 5500-175-9000 as a Sr Tech.Asst. But the DOS has upgraded the scale Rs 5500-1750-9000 to Rs 6500-200-10500 w.e.f.01.04.2006 .Accordingly on 01.04.2006 my Basic Pay was fixed Rs 6500 /-. Again as per recommendation of 6th PC the pay scale Rs 6500-200-10500 have been upgraded to Rs 7500-250-12000 corresponding grade Pay Rs 4800 /-. I have opt to get my pay fixed in revise pay structure (6th PC) from the date of upgradation i.e. 01.04.2006. As per upgradation fixation rule my Basic pay on 01.04.2006 (Rs 13950 /- (Minimum Pay in pay band corresponding grade pay Rs 4800 /-) plus Rs 4800 /-) = Rs 18750 /- is correct or not? If not then what will be my Basic pay as on 01.04.2006 and promotional increment will be granted or not?

AFTER IMPLEMENTATION OF 6CPC OTHER ASSISTANT GOT THE PAY SCALE OF 7450-11500 AND GRADE PAY OF RS.4600/- BUT OFFICE GIVEN ME 4200/- GRADE PAY.     I would like to state that there is a vacant post of Assistant Administrative Officer in our department. The feeder post for promotion is Assistant with five years of continuous service. Sir, i will be completing my five years of service on 31st oct’2012 and my promotion to the post of Assistant Administrative Officer is due on 1st Nov’2012. Now the department has advertised the post of Assistant Administrative Officer for direct recruitment. At this point i requested to my authority that since my promotion is due in another 09 months so not to advertise the post for direct recruitment and keep the post vacant till my promotion period is due, but the authority denied. As such, is there any provision or rule wherein a serving government servant can let the post of Assistant Administrative Officer be filled only by promotion and not by DR?

    Now I have seen policy on cgstaff news & swammi’s news on website,that employees having three children prior to 21/07.1999.

    I am a Central Govt. employee, posted in Port Blair in A&N Islands. My Basic pay is Rs.19740/- with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-. My home town is Kolkata. I want to visit Srinagar availing 4-year Block LTC. I am entitled to travel by air from Port Blair to Srinagar via Kolkata and Delhi. But, i want to travel part of my journey from Kolkata to Delhi by Rajdhani Express. Can it be admissible for reimburshment?
