  1. I am a central govt. employee , I got my first macp on 13/11/2008 after completion of 10years with a grade pay 2400 after that i have given promotion on handicapped basis in the year 2018.approximately nearly about after next 10 years on the very same grade pay ie. 2400. what shall i do.

    • on request transfer joined as JAA bottom most. Once benefit has been given under ACP Scheme before SSO promotion. Without promotion as AA promoted as SSO A and now completed more than 10 years in SSO cadre. Are they eligible for MACP ?

  2. Sir I have granted macp in the grade pay 4200 in the month of February 2016 but internal audit party denied to give macp in pre revised scale due to this I am getting rupees 4000 less per month pse intimate whether I can draw Macp in old scale after deposit the arrears of 7th pay commission.

    • I joined as ASI PH IN CENTRAL ARMED POLICE FORCE IN 1990 IN PAY SCALE OF 1350-2200. NOW AS PER SUPREME COURT ORDER THIS POST IS UPGRADED TO SI FROM ASI SINCE MY JOINING JUNE 1990 IN PRE REVISED PAY SCALE OF 1400-2300 ,5000-8000 FROM 1/1/96 AND 5500-9000 FROM 10/10/97 . PSE TELL ME WHAT WILL BE MY BASIC PAY FROM 1/1/06 AND 2016 AS PER THIS ORDER AFTER GIVING BENEFITS OF ACP/MACP (12 YEARS ON JUNE 2002 FIRST ACP) AND ON JUNE 2010 (20 YEARS 2ND MACP)

  6. Sharmila Saha. 21st April, 11.55pm. I retired (VRS) as PGT Geog. from KVS. I got the selection grade in Aug 2016 as per 6th CPC( ie₹6600 grade pay). In this regard, I want to know whether I can opt from Aug 2016 for fixation of pay as per7th CPC. My salary details are as follows-1/7/16-₹ 24640 plus 5400. 7/8/16- ₹24640 plus 6600. 1/7/17 – ₹25580 plus 6600

SIR I am m z padwekar ) I got 2nd MACP Grade Pay Rs4800 PAY FIXATION has been done accordingly in sept 2008 after that I have been promoted to Gr.A officer on 26.06.2018( JTS GRADE PAY 5400 no fixation has been done only difference of grade pay has been given i have copleted 30 years on 25.04.2015 but 3rd MACP given ordnace factory board kolkata saying that it will be given at the time of retirement why is there any rule the person of my rank who has not got promotion to gr A they had got 3rd MACP NOW both are at same grade pay they are in gr,B
    I am in gr A OFFICERS what to do now pl suggest

    my spouse retired in June 2009 with a grade pay of 4600/- from the central government. He joined the department in the year 1979. He had only one promotion in his entire service. In-spite of having put up 25 years of service he didn’t get any financial up-gradation according to the fifth pay commission. how much will be his financial up-gradation ?
    Can you please message me the modified order no. of the the fifth pay commission which explains about the eligibility for the same.

    • NOW EARLIER SCHEME CALLED ACP IS NOT CONSIDERED AS IN FORCE AT ALL TIMES SINE THE MACPS HAS SUPERCEDED IT. MACP is granted on completion of for every 10,20,30 years service in the same grade or on completion of 10 years service in the same grade and also the 3rd MACP on completion of 10 years give in the same grade or on completion of 30 years service which ever is earlier. please read page 8, 9 & 10 of the initial O.M and the amendment in the year 2016. This is how I understood

  12. An employee Jr. Asst. grade I is already enjoying MACP benefit with effect from 28.08.2015 and his pay was fixed on 28.08.2015. Basic Pay Rs.11850+Grade pay Rs.2800/- Later he was promoted in post of Assistant with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-on 08.06.2016. How we can calculate his pay ?

  14. sir whate were the eligibility conditions to cross Efficiency Bar(EB) for Central Government emloyees. Can cross EB if the servent is under currency of punishment. Is there required any bench mark or clear service record. please reply sir.

  16. I have got an offer of appointment to the post of MTS in the ESI Corporation. Last date for joining is fixed on 07.03.2018. I am in the stage of 22 days after delivery. My Delivery date was on 29.01.2018. I wanted to join in the office and take maternity leave on next day onwards. When I went to the office for joining , They denied to be present at work and commanded me to put a letter asking extension of joining date. Maternity Leave can not be granted. I want to know 1)whether i am eligible for joining duty 2) Whether i am eligible for maternity leave with full pay 3)has appointing authority any power in the denying my rights to join as per fresh recruitment rules.if answer no, please specify rules.When should i go for justice.Pls reply sir

  17. I WAS GRANTED 2ND MACP IN THE GRADE PAY OF RS.4800/- IN AUGUST-2017 AND FIXED AT 62200.
    BUT I DOUBT, MY 2ND MACP WAS CALCULATED BY MY OFFICE WRONG. IN THIS REGARD IT IS REQUESTED THAT ANYBODY KINDLY CALCULATE MY 2ND MACP ACCORDING TO WHICH OPTION WAS BENEFICIAL FOR FIXATION OF PAY AS PER 7TH CPC.

    MY BASIC PAY AS ON 1.1.2016 IS 58600
    MY BASIC PAY AS ON 1.7.2016 IS 60400

  19. Ldce exam maii 4 vacancy aathi haii aur usme 5 candidate exam dete hai usme sare candidate pass ho jate haii phir 2 saal baad management ko ek candidate ki degree invalid milthii haii toh kya woh 5 candidate parmote hoga…..?
