Rubbish pay commission for jco and below. Today whereever India is; because of soldiers. They guard 24X7 to our country then only peole of our great country enjoy and sleep peacefully. And soldiers (JCO & below) ignored in this CPC. Govt should reconsider it.. JAI HIND

This gov has done the repetition of 2004.will get the result like 2004 feel good.in lok sabha election 2019.

HRA for civil employees 24, 16, 8% of new bp. But FAA for defence pers has same as 6CPC. FAA should be at least 8% of new basic pay. MODIJi defence keliye v much kro. In log vote nehi de pata isiliye apko defence ka upor dhyan nehi hain

No one , even Modi can’t do anything better to defence personnel in view of the risk factor of lives. Hopes are gone.

Discouraging CPC for NCOs/JCOs. I repent to be Ex-JCO and will never advise to join defence forces to my generations and anybody I care for. This CPC is for Babu,s and Commissioned officers and MNSs. To hell with all recommendations of 7CPC who treated saviors as ‘Labour’. Which MNS ever faced bullet or adverse condition. Can anyone from so called intellectuals of 7th CPC explain, awarding 10500 MSP? I have lost faith in present system. I think this is the effect of Macaulay Education system who prepared such individuals who can’t see realty and enjoys beauty & comfort. I dare, had any member of any CPC had actually studied conditions of NCOs/JCOs. These so called specialists had based all their conclusions/recommendations on feed backs given by White Elephants i.e. Commissioned Officers who carries legacies of Britishers and treat NCOs/JCOs as third rate citizens (Bloody Blacky Indians coming from village back grounds, fit to be treated as slaves). Wake up before its too late. Bharat had suffered 1000 years of Gulami due to treatment to its soldiers. This is limit to disgrace soldiers. Please don’t repeat mistakes as were done in past to insult real foot Soldiers. It may prove fatal for future of country. My future generations will never join Defence Service till due respect and dignity of real soldiers is restored. Jai Hind.

This calculation is not correct, new x-pay is 6200, not 3150. In fact, 7th cpc does not recommend any x-pay of 3150, the 2 recommended rates are 3600 & 6200.

It’s not fare to defence……there should be different pay scale to defence…

Give 50%DA WEF 01 JAN 16 THEN IT WILL BE GOOD FOR EVERYBODY

7 pay commission has not differ from defence and other employee who work under the nation so that the defence person has no benefit to work on the border they have much more risk on the border as well as the remain live border without family and specialy gives all the time to protect the border with less pay scale so that 7 pay scale must be increase…..so’ jai hind, jai bharat’
