  9. I joined in Board under Ministry of Textiles in 1981 (Bovember) in Pay Scale of 1300 – 50 – 1700, which I do not find in 3rd or 4th CPC. May I be clarified.

  10. I INITIALLY APPOINTED AS “KHALASI” AT KPA RLY WORKSHOP/E.RLY ON 16.07.1979.AFTER THEN THROUGH RAILWAY SERVICE COMMISION(OBTAINED PERMISSION THROUGH PROPER CHANEL)APPOINTED AS APWI GR-III AT SERLY ON 10.09.1984.NOW MYSELFWORKING AS SSE/PWAY/BSP/SECR IN 4800/-GRADE PAY.WHETHER MYSELF ENTITLED FOR 5400/- GRADE PAY w.e.f 10.09.2014 OR NOT.

  11. I have already brought out my problem in your esteemed pages on 19 Aug 12 which is endorsed above. However, no response is received by me. Now as on 31 Aug 2014 I have superannuated from Air Force as PS. My earlier problem is not solved by the Indian Air Force so far.
Recruited in Air Force As Steno Gde-III on 12 Mar 76. Got promotion as Steno Gde-II during 1997, ACP during 2000 and promotion to Steno Gde-I during 2002. Have completed 30 years regular service as on 12 Mar 2006. Refused promotion as PS during 2007. MACP came during 2008. Due to merger as per para 5 of MACP Rules promotions, ACP granted earlier to 2006 is to be ignored. As such left with one promotuon/ ACP to my credit and entitle for other two financial upgradations wef 01.09.2008 on completion and 20 years and 30 years respectively which are denied by the Department. Prior to superannuation I was promoted as PS during 2014 which was accepted by me.
May I know sir in view of CAT recent orders “Declining Regular Promotion Before the Date of Implementation of ACP Or MACP Scheme Should not Be a BAR for Granting ACP/MACP and have already completed 30 years prior to refusal during 2007, I am entitle for two financial upgradations wef 01.09.2008. Shall be grateful if reply is posted on my email.

  13. I was joined in the ICMR scheme post designated as Clerk-cum-Typist for the year 26-5-1986 in the state govt. institute of govt.hospital at chennai. During the time I was paid salary in the central govt scale of pay and allowances as per host institute rule.
After 14 years there was no improvement in my category of post, I and other staff joined together to approach legal procedures for our regularisation from the date of initial appointment. The CAT, Hon’ble High Court of Madras and Supreme Court were issued favour orders for us including Old Pension benefits. Now at present, I am joined National Institute for Research in Reproductive Health, under permanent institute of ICMR located at Parel, Mumbai. But so far they haven’t interest doing my revised salary till date. But the same category in Malaria Research Centre, Ayapakkam, Chennai is getting more perks of central salary after approached the courts and success their case.
So fare I am 29 years service in LDC there is no benefit given as per permanent council employee.
Kindly do needful help for my positiion.

  14. Sir,
I have join the service as Junior Engineer (Civil) on 01.09.2003 and scale 4500-125-7000. But that time as per CPWD norms my scale Rs 5000-150-8000, accordingly I was claimed for correction of my scale which was not corrected that time. As per 6th pay commission my department was not corrected my pay band and given the pay band PB 1 – 5200-20200 (G. P-2800) instead of 9300-34800 (GP-4200). But I got first MACP after rendered 10 years services 01.09.2013 in pre-revised pay scale of 9300-34800 (GP-4200).
But Ministry of Health, GOI corrected the pay band 9300-34800 (GP-4200) as Junior Engineer (Civil) since w.e.f 01.01.2006. and present drawn the salary as per correct pay band i.e 9300-34800 (GP-4200)
Sir my department now MACP proposed w.e.f 2006 to 2016, but my sevice joining date as Junior Engineer (CivIl) was 01.09.2003. So, Sir give me a exact MACP period which will correct 01.09.2003 to 01.09.2013 or 2006 to 2016 and what will be my present MACP Grade pay. It’s right or wrong

  15. I am peon of a PAJANCOA & RI on 1990 I was promoted to the post of attender during 1996 and in 18.1.2007 I was promoted for the post of LDC, through the departmental promotion committee Now, can I get First MACP benefit?

  16. I joined as JSA Grade-II in July 1983 in INMAS (DRDO). I got promotion in Oct.1986 as JSA Grade-I ( now JSA-II &JSA-I merged as STA`B’).
In March 1990 I have been promoted as SSA and To`A’ in Sep. 1997 (now SSA/STA merged to TO`A’ ).
I have completed 20 years regular service in July 2003. After that I have promoted as TO`B’ in Sep 2005 and no promotion up to completion of 30 years regular service in July 2013.

Kindly, Let me know whether I am entitled for 3rd MACP under Limited Flexible Complementing System (DRTS Rules).

    • Yes, as per dopt rules and CAT Bangalore judgement, MACP is applicable to your case. As per macp, you should get 6600 grade wef July 2013 and 5400 wef july 2003.
