  1. The nearer the Lok Sabha elections, the better for the ruling party. There is an embargo of only 6 months, so why will the Govt constitute a HIGH LEVEL COMMITTEE so early. They still have another TWO years to do so..

  2. Why to wait for four months when FM had already given his D ecission and denayed to enhance the multiplication factor even in decimal point. Even the 7 th pay commission recommandations are based on Govt. Influence.

  3. Sir,
It is not know NJCA leaders are working for Central Government employees or to the Government side. After lapse of 4 months there may or may not be change in the fitment formula or minimum wage. At that time after lapse of 4 months the high power committee will be fixed the minimum wage and fitment formula as it is why because the committee of secretaries also done the same. Please look into the issue carefully.

  4. This is the trend since the time of British Government that rich becomes richer and poor becomes poorer. Raghukul reet sada chali ayi, Dabe hue logon ko aur bhi dabo Bhai. from this e mail I would request Honb. PM to intervene this matter and lowest cadre must be benefited than higher

  5. As per iim Ahmadabad report 7th cpc was produced, the report is comparing the salaries with private sector the report says lower cadre govt employee is getting more than the private employee, the so called corporate fellows are looting the manpower, by paying lesser perks and it is failure of govt for not paying the livilyhood payment.

  6. chowkidar (castodion of vacant building) epmpolyees in military engineer services under Barrack store officrs as a civilians staff his working 24 (twenty four) hours duties continue without any facilities no any extra allowances. please provide few extra facilities others epmpolyees

  7. I know the minimum wage and fitment formula have already been fixed. High level committee is just eye wash. NJCA leaders are not CG employyes representative, rather Govt’s representative. Fitment formula will be little higher than 2.57, I think it will be 2.62 or so; however, will be announced 4 months later. Similarly, Minimum wage will be 19000/- or so, in stead of 18000/-; however after 4 months you will come to know.

  8. Empowered committee.,high level committee, review cmmittee, high level empowered committee. …..so on.Who knows they will drag it for another couples of years,so that many of the beneficiaries may not be there to receive the ‘bonanza’

  9. Govt.employees only can pray to god because this govt. is totally against the employees.servants ka 2000/- ? increase ko bonaza kahate hai. eskeliye committees par committees .

  10. Seventh Central Pay Commission,… Empowered Committee of Secretaries … Now a high Level Committee to review the demands of the Employees Union… and after the High Level Committee WHAT…..NEXT…???????

  11. It has become the habit of this government to always announce committees whenever they do not want to act on any issue. As my friend Divakar wrote it is time passing tactic. They will not announce any committees concerned to increasing the MPs’ salaries and perks.Such is the serving mentality of our great law brokers ,sorry, law makers.
