DOPT Orders 2024

I am working as AE(QA) at DGQA ,under Min. of Defence, Govt. of India. My 02 days pays (02 Sept 2015 & 02 Sept 2016 respectively) have been deducted from my salary vide DGQA L/No. C/85236/3/DGQA/Adm /RMD/JCM dated 31 Jan & 02 Feb 2017 due not enter into the premises of my establishment blockage at main gate by Strike supporters. and returned back to our near Govt. estate where some of our col lieges signed in plain paper along with a few calss-I officers but their pay has not been deducted for the same case.

kindly clarify , is it justice?

The Hon.Ble Supreme Court has passed orders in Civil Dairy Appeal No. 3744 of 2016 giving effective date of MACP as 01st Jan 2006 i.e. from the date of implementation of 6th PC recommendations. The affected employees, particularly the retirees are eagerly waiting for implementation of this judgement by GOI. I would like to know whether DOPT has issued orders in this regard. If so, pl. furnish the Letter/OM No. and date.

I m working in income tax dept as a sr.tax assistant. I have promoted to the post of office superintendent on 29 december, 2017 . In that time I had on LTC tour and left the station on 28 december and come to 3 january. On the promotion of o.s . One increment get. But in the office person said you are not joined the office till 1 january 2018 so that you are not entitled to get one increment. I m joined the office on 4 january. Plz suggest me how to get this promotional increment with fr sr rules.

My pay is in GP 4800 from 01/01/2006 (6th pay commission) to date with no MACP, since I have been granted 03 promotions. Will para 11.12.140 of 7th pay commission be applicable in future.

whether Central Govt officer has been allowed grant of transfer ta within six months (1) on same grade & (2) on promotion . If so please mention a copy of DOPT Circulars/instructions/letter

I was Complicated my Diploma course in store management in march 2017 and got my certificated in October 2017. May i know the how much lump sum intensive will i get according to 7th pay commission. .According to 6th pay commission we are getting Rs 4000/- only. please help us on this matter and kindly give me the order reference or order copy of revised lump-sum intensive according to 7th pay commission as per the rules along with it. waiting for your reply.

As per the seniority list sl No. 396 . My Department has issued next promotion of DGM post with qualifying service 4 years of service. I have not completed 4 years of service on the date of cut off date . But my junior Sl. No. 425 is completed 4 years service .
Now, my junior got the promotion .
I have write a letter to my management that when the Junior got the promotion with eligibility service senior also to be promoted alongwith junior with half of eligibility service or 2 years of service.
whether my point is correct or not. please clarify .

The 7cpc “implementation cell” has made fixation of pension a total confusion After every The implementation Cell hastotally confused us. After every three days or so, a fresh idea crops up with no results of course. Can anyone tell me as to whether new formula proposed is actually better than the option earlier proposed vide mod letter dt, 29 October 2016? How were media reports framed to clam more than 9000 crores extra burden on exchequer? Doesany intelligent person tell me whethrheknows what willbehisactual pension in 7cpc.? With ll thehardwork put in by thepeopleat thehelm of ithowwill you tell an illiteratewidowasto whatwillbeherpensio ? Andon top of it we claim transparency in the sytem. After the declaration of 7cpc award in sep 2015, we are just doing “kadam tal” ” with no command for “march ahead” God bless us.. .

please tell me how much time it takes to clarify on issues like bunching of pay, non-functional upgradation of pay etc which are still pending with DOPT. The way they dealing with such issues, it looks like we may have to wait for 2 or 3 years and if, in case the same is accepted in the delayed stage and what will be the benefit of it ( with no arrears ) ? I suspect. Further, the way 7th CPC implemented and policy revision ( every year analysis of pay and no further CPC) , i don’t find any future for revision of pay for govt employees.

Iam sorry to say icmrhas not issued order of7th pay commission to pensioner while regular staff they paid why difference pensioner are old that why thdy want to delay.we know how we worked when we had less staff as compare to know
