DOPT Orders 2024

I ldc Sl 2002 but unfortunately till now LDC not promotion on ad-hoc basis. when I completed 9 year service. While dopt has given an Office Memorandum dated 15.1.2008 stop gap arrangement. we are waiting promotion for udc. How much late…. then i want to see in this case.

We data entry operator are being given grade pay of only Rs.2400 and our cadre review has not been done since ages. Please do something to help as who are being considered at par with non-technical staff.

I have been posted from Kolkata to Agartala, Tripura state. Pleae let me know the rate per km for transportation of personal effects from Kolkata to Agartala. (i.e. whether it is Rs.30/- per Km or otherwise.) My mail id is [email protected]

and promoted as U.D.C. 21-6-1988 and promoted as Assistant on Central Secretariat Services w.e.f. 19-2-2001. Iam eligible
for promotion as Section Officer. Due Trbunal cases My name is placed select list year 2003. When will be promoted as Section on adhoc basis

An indivivdual applies for LTC advance and travels by private vehicle where no LTC reimbursement is applicable and avails of 10 days EL encashment. The LTC claim gets forfeited but what happens to the EL encashed? Please clarify.

can a single person can work as a HOO,D&DO Administrative Officer, Library officer, purchase committee member, CPWD co-dinator for long time in central govt office ie: 5to 7 year as additional duties along with his regular own duties . this person is playing with SC/ST GOvt servants by writing adverse remark in Annual confidential report,due due this many have not got promotions. please give answer to this case

I HAVE BEEN PROMOTED AS SUB DIVISIONAL INSPECTOR WEF 29-12-2010 IN THE PAY BAND OF RS 9300-34800 WITH THE GRADE PAY OF RS.4200.PRIOR TO THIS I WAS WORKING AS ACCOUNTANT IN THE PAY BAND OF RS. 5200-20200 WITH GP 2800. MY DDO HAS DEDUCTED 30/- RS AS CGEGIS SUBSCRIBTIONACCORDING TO THE PREVIOUS PATTERN. IS THE ACTION OF THE DDO IS IN ORDER OR NOT.AS MY VERSION IS THAT IT SHOULD BE DEDUCTED RS.60/- WEF 01-01-2011.KINDLY CLEARIFY THE SITUATIONPLEASE.

I am an U.D.C. working in C.P.W.D. with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-. I think this post is most suferer in 6th CPC. An U.D.C., whose minimum qualification is Graduate is drawing Grade Pay Rs.2400/, whereas a Sewerman has drawn Rs.2400/- whose minimum qualification is under 8th. True, Selucus what a ridiculous Country is this.

Please let me know whether DOPT have issued orders for pay anomaly due to merger pay scales(Rs.5000/- & Rs.5500/-) with Rs.6500/- and modification of illustration 4B as the NAC has accepted their minimum pay should be fixed as Rs.6500/- X 1.86. or old basic 5850 X 1.86 which is correct.Kindly do the needful at the earliest by emailing to [email protected]

I am a ldc in DOAC under Ministry of Agriculture since 2002 select list. I have fulfillment of recruitment rule of eligible service for promotion 8 year service on 2010. when i complete 8year ldc service. My question is that my eligible service has been done then how many year after i will UDC.

dopt had in 2010 issued certain orders regarding clarification regarding pay fixation of section officers on getting non functional grade . could i know the details of clarification

Retired from defence service with basic pay 10420 and Grade pay Rs 2800 Now employed as civilian in Indian Navy with Basic pay 6310 and grade pay Rs 1900
