Sir,I am disabled soldier due to CANCER ,lost my left leg above knee & also remove my right lung in 1971 to 1973 .I was not granted any pension,on medical Boarded out.My numerous Appeals turn down that my disability was NANA case.Now govt of India pass a order that those persons are coming in NANA case they also initial disability Element but when I spoken to the under secty to the Govt of India MoD they told me those going through the court they ar ge getting the benefits.My disability Element blocked by the MoD & my 2nd spell of service being a PHC(????????) in corps of Signals as CSBO GdeI , served 33 years.My all benefits w.e.f.01/01/2006 , blocked by MoD/Department of Ex-servicemen welfare/Dopt/QS/Corps of Signals(sigs-4c)on a “Revenge” ill-treatment given to me & my family.Parliment committee given instructions to departments on reserve Categories SC,ST,PHC(????????) cases are not run more in Courts.But MoD not ready to follow the orders/instructions.Plse verified through the Honourable CAT Mumbai/CAT Delhi/BGR & CHG CAT/CAT CAL & High court Delhi dismissed govt of India(sigs4c) appeal to follow the Mumbai CAT orders should consider for the welfare of the employees but MoD not ready to consider because they want to give ill-treatment due to revenge(on CSBO Balraj Singh case.sir where should I go for Justice(Ref my UNIQUE DISABILITY ID No.MH2110619520002702,given by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities,Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment,Government of India.Thankyou,very much.I Ex-Serviceman disabled,ExSigmn,Rabinderpal Singh,No14281422H R/O Signals Jabalpur.
