DA Season Started, most of the central government employees started searching in search engines with keyword “Expected Dearness allowance from July 2011”. Already we know DA Percentage Calculation is based on AICPIN Value, currently Ministry of Labour & Employment Department released only four month AICPIN value (till April 2011), so we need another two month AICPIN value to get the exact DA percentage.
Hope this time all of us will get some reasonable DA percentage, last time we have received only 6% DA, however government increased certain allowance by 25%.
Lets hope for the best for reasonable DA from July 2011.

can anyone tell me that in case of a wife recieving family pension of her deceased central govt pensioner husband is eligible for medical allowence with family pension.
This time DA will not cross 7% at any cost.

Govt employee will get 8% additional DA from july 2011.
.Pensioners may be granted at least 3% increment per year,so that they may lead their retired life with dignity.and in view of the current hike in the prices of LPG,Diesal and kerocine oil,DA should be increased at least 10% w.e.f.July,2011.
The Govt. must come forward to redress the grievances of Pensioner as reported in these columns

hi every CG employees and to say that accordingly ige corner calculation we have approach 5.46% DA as on april,2011 and two months figures are remaining. In month of may and june inflation rate are high so we can expected 8% to 9% DA. as on 1.07.2011. It is only expection. Final result will come on 31st july,2011 final figures. Lets hope 8 or 9 percentage Dearness allowance.
I endorse the views dt. 19th June, 2011 expressed by Shri Gautam Bagchi. The inflation breaches 9% mark in May, 2011 and touched double digit during second week of June itself. The inflation may likely to cross further before the end of June. Hence we may expect 10% d.a. from July, 2011 if other things remains same.
I fully agree with shri V.Loganathan with slight changes, i.e., whatever the DA hiked half of that should be added with the basic pension and the other half should be treated as DA
Instead of enhancing the Basic Pension at the age of 80/90/100 years, the Govt. must come forward to enhance 0,25% of basic Pension whenever D.A. is hiked and they should be compensated by way of Senior Citizen Health allowance of atleast 25% of basic Pension which will be a real Social Security measure to our Seniors at their old age.
Whether 7% or 8%, have the govt. employees been benefitted by the addl.
DA increase. Before the arrears reach our hand, prices look up making us
look up for further increase and nullifying the DA increase. Govt. should sit
and think a via media to check spiralling prices instead of automatic grant
of DA. Please anybody in this column answer or clarify whether prices
increase causes DA rise or DA rise causes price increase. As far as my
knowledge goes farther back, whether higher DA increase is a wasteful
phenomenon for compensation of inflation when inflation itself is going
out of control of the govt.
