(i)All officers/employees of Government of India will be allowed to avail LTC to visit J&K against conversion of one block of their Home Town LTC.
(ii) Officers/employees of Government of India entitled to travel by air can avail this LTC in their entitled class.
(iii) All other employees of Government of India can travel by air in economy class from Delhi and Amritsar to any place in J&K by any airlines subject to their entitlement being limited to LTC-80 fares of Air India. Journey from their place of posting up to Delhil/Amritsar will have to be undertaken as per their entitlement.
(iv) Restriction of air travel only by Air India on LTC to other places shall continue to remain in force.
(v) This scheme shall be effective from the date of issuance.
These orders shall be in operation for a period of two years from the date of notification in this regard, which was issued recently.
I want avail Ltc80 for J&k my grade pay is Rs2800.
how cani take the benift of ltc80 its is allow or not
I availed the facility of LTC for Northeast reagion Guwahati by air for block of 2008-9. and also availed home town conversion to J&K for block of 2010-11. For the next block i wish to avail of LTC to Bagdogra/gangtok or Andaman-Nicobar year 2012.
Can i elligible to get the LTC advance for the same? If yes
Can i get the local address of govt authorised agent?

I availed the facility of LTC for Northeast reagion Gangtok by air. My grade pay is 4600. My air tickets are bhopal to delhi and delhi to Bagdogra. while enrouting to gangtok my son was ill at delhi. Doctor advised me not to travel. I informed the office immediately. unfortunately I had to return from delhi.
Now on special case I changed my LTC Destination gangtok to delhi. I want to know that can I avail air fair from Bhopal to Delhi. if yes on what ground.
