Sir, I want to know about the entitlement of the Grade pay which is eligible for Night duty allowance.Because after the 6th CPC implementation it is not too much clear that upto which grade pay is eligible for night duty allowance. I tried to find notification regarding the same, but could not found any notification on net. Resultant the above confusion some deptts are not pay the NDA for the employees having Grade pay of Rs 4600.I think upto RS 4600 grade pay is eligible for NDA because the 5th CPC scale of RS 5000 was eligible for NDA. So please clarify the same.Otherwise please suggest me that how can I find the clarity about the above issue Thanx a lot

  5. please give me the details exactly how much tution fee per child is, what way it is sanctioned related with which calcultion it is, why some central government employees get directly by submitting only fee receipts and where as in someother central government offices ask us to produce 1.school or college receipt, 2. uniform receipts{purchased} 3.shoes 4. text books, notebooks, study material etc. why dont the government sanction directly tution fee based on the school details, because in some school or colleges fee is very high where those parents get how much government as sanction but not even a single paise more. pls send me in detail exact rules what are the bills exactly we are supposed to submit why instead of getting directly tution fee for two children which government sanctioned based on the school or college details.

    Smt. Rohni Gupta is working in HP EXCISE Deptt. as ETI. She has already applied for the grant of PRAN on prescribed format immediately within the period of one month of my service. Now even in the month of 6/2015 my basic has been increased i,e, Annual increment ,but I have not received my PRAN Card Kit or any other related documents on your behalf.However I have received one letter specifying PRAN No. 110044271066, but how can i deduct my donation of CPF in the above said number without activating the original PRAN CARD. Please help Smt. Rohni in this respect.

    I am an employee of an autonomous orgn of Ministry of Culture as Security Asst. wef 04 Apr 1994 and have Territorial Army commission wef 15 may 1995. I am being called up for Military Duties By the Territorial Army as & when my services are required in the interest of Nation. My civil employer has raised an issue of payment of employer’s Share for pension scheme of Military Duties, whereas ,the Territorial Army is a part time profession and don’t provide any pensionary benefits. Pls furnish me any rules/OM/orders regarding responsibilty to payment of employer’s Share for pension scheme during Territorial Army Duties of Civilian Govt employees.

  10. I got transferred from U.P. to Assam in August 2013.My family was living in government quarter in Gorakhpur and has vacated the quarter in may 2014. I am keeping my family in rented accomodation in Assam 70 KM away from my Headquarter.

    AFTER 5 YEARS DEPARTMENT PASSED THE ORDER FOR REVERT ALL THE PERSONS WHO PROMOTED IN THAT TIME BY QUOTING FR-31A RULE WITH SHOW CAUSE NOTICE.

    I WANT TO KNOW YOUR ADVISE WITH FAVORABLE RULE & REGULATION AND COURT ORDERS WHO SAVE US IN THIS SITUATION.
