sir, I am a permanent card holder pensioner of Thiruvananthapuram (Keshavadasapuram dispensary).Since last 2 years I am out of Kerala and was availing medicines on as and where available basis. Presently I am stationed at Mumbai. On 11th April I had an accidental fall at my residence leading to fracture on my left shoulder. Since there is no empanelled hospital within the radius of 25 Kms. of my residence, I was admitted to a purely private clinic and had to undergo surgery with fixation, incurring an expenditure of Rs.45,000/- approx. including medicines. Please let me know the procedure for claiming the reimbursement.
