ANAMOLIES WHILE PROMOTION FROM LEVEL 5 TO LEVEL 6. IN VI CPC GRADE PAY DIFFERENCE RS. 1400 + 1 INCREMENT . THOSE PROMOTED BEFORE DECEMBER 2015 GETS BENEFIT OF RS.5000 IN VII CPC . WHILE THOSE PROMOTED AFTER JANUARY 2016 GETS BENEFIT OF RS. 2300. THOUGH BOTH ARE APPOINTED ON SAME DAY. REQUEST
Transport Allowance comparison table between 6th CPC and 7th CPC
Comrade,
With reference to the 6th CPC orders issued vide letter number 21(2)/2008-E.II (B) dated 28th August 2008 and 7th CPC orders issued vide letter number No 21/5/2017-E(B) dated: 7th July 2017 issued by the Ministry of Finance, the Department of Expenditure. A analysis of comparison of the transport allowances of 6th CPC and 7th CPC was made, it is found that the Employees those who were in 1800 GP and 1900 GP as per 6th CPC and pay in the pay band equivalent to Rs.7440 and above are losing considerable amount on switching over to 7th CPC transport allowances, Hence the issue is being taken up by the Confederation
A study is made and computed as below.

how pay will fix if 3rd macp is with effect from 23 /04/2017 from Level- 5 to Level- 6. Pay is Rs.41600/- on
23-4-17 when incumbent opted his pay fixation w.e.f 01/07/2017 after allowing his normal increment.
I think there is no option now in fixation. You may get the macp benefit from 23.04.17 with annual increment wef 01.01.2018 or first take annual increment wef 01.07.17 and then ask to fix the pay. In this case you shall eligible for increment wef 01.07.2018.
What will happen with those employees whose length of service is 10 years and drawing Rs 3600/- TA??
What will they get now?
Will they get Rs 1404/- ?
If yes then it is wrong..

Hello my mother basic pay after 7th pay 16820, how much increase salary after july 2017.

As on date 19/04/2017 completed 10 years service now my basic pay 23500 . Which basic pay stand on
There is no intimation for those pensioners who retired after 01 Jan 2016.
