7th Pay Commission Pre-2016 Pensioners Calculator as per OM 12.05.2017

I retired on 31 July 2006. as Scientist F.

As per 6th CPC my pay band was PB-4 in scale of 37400 to 67000 with grade pay 8900. My basic was fixed on 1st July 2006 was Basic Pay 47240 + NPA 14035 + grade pay 8900 = Total 70175 .with 05-06 increments.

What will be mine pension as per OM dated 12 May 2017. Presently as per 7th CPC I am receiving Basic pension of Rs 90177/-

In 6th CPC my basic family pension was 16410 from 21/09/2012, before it enhance basic pension was 27300.
Pls tell me the my total family pension monthly in 7th cpc.

What is 7cpc pension.

Decision taken by the government as per O M dt 12-5-2017 for fixation of pension of pre 2006 pensioners on the basis of PPOs instead of Pay matrix system as recommended by 7th pay commission and accepted by the government on presumption of non availability of records is a fraud by the government with old pensioners because in more than 90 percent cases authonticated records showing number of years services rendered by a pensioners in the grade from which he retired can be made available and there is no problem to calculate their pension on Pay matrix system which was accepted by the government..Only to save money govt taken this step in violation of the ruling of Supreme court of India that old pensioners should not be paid less than new pensioners.

Sir I have retired on 30/4/2004 on superannuation at the time retirement for pension calculation 50% DA also taken into account ( 1/4/2004 50% DA merged for all benifits )
Now in the 7th cpc whether the basic pension of pensioners those who have retired in 2004 after April (which was calculated with 50% DA merged ).Please clarify

It very surprise to know that,the
department of Pensioner issued another letter dated 6-7-2017 after lapse of two months with Ready Reckon-or based on scales for fitment of Basic Pension as per orders dated 12.05.2017 Revision of Pension.

Two months already passed and Banks not received Revised Basic Pension for payment of arrears from the concerned P.A.O. It is nothing but an sort of harassment towards Senior Citizens with holding 5,500
Corers without paying arrears

7th pay commission is the only pay commission which recommended OROP for civilian&cpaf personal vfor notional pay fixation for pensioners on the basis of number of years services rendered by him on the post from which he retired, which was in consolation with the ruling of the Supreme court. I retired as assistant from cabinet secretariat by rendering 13 years services as assistant on 18-1-1988. As per orders dt 12-5-17 now I would not get the benefit of 13 year’s services rendered as assistant as the P P O do not reflect number of years services rendered by a pensioners . Thus old pensioners would be deprived of benefit of OROP recommended by the 7th CPC and which was accepted by the government, and which was also in consonance of Supreme court ruling on the ground that in the absence of previous records it is not possible to implement this formula. Previous authonticated records can be obtained from old pensioners or family pensioners. Only where the old records could not be obtained the formula suggested? as on 12-5-2017 should be applied. Otherwise it would be betraying the old pensioners.

7th pay commission is the only pay commission which recommended pay matrix system for pensioners just like OROP which was on the basis of Supreme Court ruling that older pensioners should not be paid less pension than new pensioners.The recommendations were accepted by the government, which is now backed out by on dt 12-5-2017 which says notional pay fixation would be done on the basis of PPO which do not reflect number of years person served in the grade. Thus govt has cheated the old pensioners with ulterior motives to save money by betraying the old pensioners. It is high time to gather and fight for your rights as the Supreme court has clearly ruled that pension is not bounty which govt pays but a right of pensioners for services rendered by him in the past.

My PPO and pension not start.

Tell me my pension should be new scale or old scale.

I took VR I in OCT 2014. in MACP 3 cadre
As per the table above I may get only a mimn benefit of Rs 370.00

My colleague who didn’t get MACP 3 as he was already a promotee took VR IN April 2014 As per the above table he gets jump of nearly Rs. 1000.00. now

His MACP Case is under reconsIderation and if his pay is refixed retrospectively he will be placed in much higher scale of pension

Can any one tell whether such issues in pension can be taken up for review.

When the revised pension will be given in our account

Even after issue of orders revised pension on 12.05.2017, and Ministry of Finance Orders dt.23.05.2017 , the concerned Pay Accounts Offices not issued revised Basic Pension orders to Bank Authorities for payments of arrears during the month of June 2017.

Revised pension should not be less than 50 percent of the minimum of the revised relevant scale. This is not being reckoned while showing the revised pension.Please clarify.
