Pl confirm correctness of my bpension as 40000 on increament basis as per matrix&govt orders on 12 may 2017.

on 28 feb 2003 my pen fixed 5650 after 34 yrs ser(cl 1 sc-8000_13500).on 1_1_2006ament rev 12769(sc-15600-39100)without gp.0n 1_1_2016 form 2(2.57) its32817 where as formula 1 on incr(12) notional pen as per matrix comes 40000(pb 56100). Pl confirm my b pension.

I have retired in 2012 .My basic pension is 13230.My grade pay is 5400. What would be my pension in seventh pay commission. I have already asked you. But I did not get the reply. I am a civil central government employee.

I retired with 30(thirty) years service in 2002. Whether revised pension will be for 30 out of 33 years?

My pension details are as below.
date of birth 12.10.1954 Date of retirement : 02.01.1990 ( absorbee pensioner Basic pay on Retirement : 1350 pay on 6 CPC 5200-20200 Grade Pay 2400 As per this calculator my revised pension from 01.01.2016 is 12750

However the sample calculation attached to the OM dated 12.05.2017 is shown as Rs. 14,800/- being higher than the other calculation.

which is the correct calculation.?

tHERE SEEMS TO BE SOME MISTAKE IN CALCULATION OF PAY/PENSION OF 5CPC-YOU ARE MISSING THE MODIFIED PARITY CLAUSE GRANTED BY THE gOVT. wHY NOT INCLUDE RANK PAY WHILE SHIFTING FROM 4CPC TO 5CPC.

I retired on 31/01/2005.in the pay scale of 14300-400-18300..My basic pay at the time of retirement was Rs15500. After adding 50% of D.A. of Rs.7750( this was in force from 1/4/2004) my last pay drawn was taken at RS.23250 and pension was fixed at Rs,11625 and after deducting Rs 4590 as commutation of pension balance was paid to me..After 6th cpc, my pension was fixed at Rs 23050 being the 50% of the minimum of the scale in pb4 which was applicable to me.Now for calculation of notional pay as on 1.1.2006 should I take the 50% of the D.A.also…pl.ease clarify.My date of birth is 14/01/1945.

Any layman with no basic knowledge of calculations, would know his revised pension as well as family pension even before the Dept communicates him. An excellent presentation.

i) Against Pay Band It is Pay scales
ii) Against Pay scales it is Pay Band
