  1. as per 7th cpc the computer showing my revised pension will be Rs41971 and Arrear from JAN 2016-August 2016 Rs41808. But UBI has paid Rs 25324/-as revised pension and Rs298720.0 on 31/08/2016 . IS it correct calculation or any anomaly? if commuted pension deducted it should be Rs 41971-4666=37305.

  3. Sir,
Kindly see my note dt:17/9/16 above.Still I have not received any clarification from anyone. 5th cpc was effective from from 1/1/96.As I retd from service within 3 months(31/3/96) I didnot get any increment in the 5th cpc pay scale. My basic pension as on 1/1/2006was fixed at 27350/= in 6th cpc.Now I understand that 7th cpc has given option 1 or option 2 for pension fixation. Can I opt for either option 1 or 2 whichever is advantages to me? Kindly suggest which one I have to opt?

  8. I am ex sub maj hony capt gharu ram retired from the Indian army on 30.09.2009 after completing 26 yr 03 months and 28 days of service. my basic pension is fixed as pet orop rs.15945 I.e less than a junior rank I.e hony Lt since the pension of hony lt is 16190. this is very unjustified and a insult of senior rank. if you are unable to give justice it is better not to consider such indls whose pension cannot be guaranteed more than his junior rank. more over no one is responding to our requests then why comments are sought from the other person’s.

  11. I have retired from Civil Aviation on 31.07.2016 at the time of retirement pb-2 9300-34800 + GP Rs.5400 my basic pay was 20170.Now let me know what will be my pension, gratuity, commutation and leave salary.
Till date I have not received leave salary. And CGEGIS amount.

  12. I have retired from railway on30-6-2016 at the time of retirement my pay scale was 9300-34800 GPS 5400and my basic was 30260,now let me know what will my pension in 7th cpc and how much arrears ,should we get the difference of gratuity and leave encampment also.

  13. my earlier grade pay is Rs.4800/- After four years My pay scale is 15600-39100 Gp 5400 in payband 3 according to 6th pay commission. At what level my pay is fixed according to 7th pay commission. pl clarify.

  14. When a DA is given , a pensioner gets half an amt in comparison to a serving personnel as this is being calculated on basic pension which is Half of the basic salary of a contemporary serving personnel .I think this method being followed is not correct as Both Pensioners & serving Personnel are paying the same amount while buying goods although a Pensioner gets a half amt in his hands due to a general DA rise based on his BP (which is half of Salary),the amt of rise should be the the same for Both & percent of DA should b reconsidered Accordingly. My reqst to 7th CPC to look into this aspect. R N Chakrabarti –a Def pensioner(civilian)

  15. my basic pension before commutation is 12535. my pay band is 9300-34800. my grade pay is 4800. According to the above calculator the revised pension is Rs.32215. but the pension drawn is shown as 28204, which is not correct. the pension drawn is only Rs.23,190. I think there is a mistake in calculation of pension drawn since the amount is calculated without deducting the commutated portion. So the difference will be 9025.Pl clarify whether I am correct.

  16. sir, Iretired in june 2013 gr pay 9300-34800 in pay band 4600/- and my basic fixed for pention is rs 11455/- and now iam getting total pention is RS 21192/- what will be the new penion as per 7th pay commission pl kindly let me know. thanks.

  17. what we need to remember is all about festival season as an instrument for further benefits if considered by government at appropriate time….We need to adequately depend on Medical Certificate as an alternative.!!! A message to great service association during debates if any,at a later part of of our concluding a meaningful journey in the next ten years.!!! First spending has to be in the form of savings from 30.09.2016.There will be lot of retirement formalities. In the process the waiting period should not become a big concern. With this key note I am Attending Pensioners Forum on 13.08.2016 in chennai for official views in regard to pensioners alone.

  18. As pensioners we assume that the 2.57% formula would be more comfortable.Though minor variations may be a concern which will be taken care of Dearness Relief due from appropriate calculable New Pension calculable on amount before commutation of pension.Hence the matter is all about deferred payments. Thanks to the media organisation for timely notifications relating to pensioners.!!! Now old age will dominate the field in the next ten years!!! A mission statement from the state of chennai.Regards…
