7th Pay Commission OPTION FORM – Ready Reckoner For All Grade pay
FORM OF OPTION [See rule 6 (2)] –
There has been a new “Form of Option” which is been floated in Central Government Departments after Gazette Notification and employees are filling their details and handing over to the department. There has been doubts and queries about which option would be more beneficial and this is leading towards confusion.
Option 1:
Employee agree to get their revised pay structure with effect from 1st January, 2016
Option 2:
- Employees can hereby elect to continue on Pay Band and Grade Pay of my substantive / officiating post mentioned below until: * the date of my next increment / the date of my subsequent increment raising my pay to Rs. ___________________ / I vacate or cease to draw pay in the existing pay structure / the date of my promotion/upgradation to the post of _______________________.
We hereby listed down the best benefit option based on the next increment in the below table. Employee can choose wisely from the below table and apply the same while submitting the “Form of Option”
If you had a promotion cycle between 02-01-2016 to 30-06-2016, we would provide the best option in the coming days.
Also, if there has been any retirement on or before 30-06-2016, you can choose the Option 1 in the “Form of Option” as per rule 6 (2).

My date of appointment is 03.01.2011. My basic pay is on 01.01.2016 is Rs. 8130 + 1800 and on 01.07.2016 is Rs. 8380 + 1800. which option benefit to me i.e. option 1 or option 2. please clarify.

I have two doubts under 7cpc as below,
1. Regarding option of date increment ,is it applicable for a person who is not getting any promotion ,macp etc during this .
2. What will be the pay fixation for an employee who has already got macp under 6cpc in grade pay , is it to be fix with retroeffect but financial benefit from 1.01.16 I.e. date implementation of 7cpc.

i have exercise the fixation of pay in from 01/01/2016 as on stipulated date 25510+5400 and promoted on 29/01/2016 accordingly i opted to fix my pay 27400+6600 from july 2016.
Now in 7th cpc was to be opted from july but inadvertently opted fixation of pay from january 2016 resultant of which i have huge loss with each month.
requested please intimate the amendent rule for the same. so that losses per month in salary could be avoided.

If i am not getting any pramotion or MACP between 2.1.2016 to 30.06.2016 but while calculation july 2016 6th pay basic i got good basic compare to option I

I was appointed as LDC during Feb 2015. Kindly clarify when I may get my increment. Which option is advantage for me.
Please calculate and fix pay as on 1.7.16 by continuing the prerevised scale upto 30.06.16. And see whether it goes beyond the amount coming as increment amt has it been fixed onn1.1.16…then it will be beneficial otherwise option may be given on 1.1.16

I got Gp 2800 as on 1/4/2006 now my MACP due on 1/4/2016 so I want select option 2 but my record office not accept he forced to give option 1 how to get sir so kindly guide me sir when I get 7cpcis best my career kindly help me sir
