  1. I have put in 38 years of service as Stenographer,PA,PS and Sr.PS but no benefit of 5400 grade pay. Why?

  2. Kindly say the percentage of GRP Ins. of GPF Holder and NPS holder at 7th CPC and on which basis (is it only on Basic pay or Basic + DA)

  3. While calculating the 7th pay table no Transport Allowance shown, whether it is included or we will include the TA after arriving the 7 th pay , please any body clarify friends

  4. I completed 21 years service and 8 years service in the persent as rank as Section Officers . Only single ACP and promotion received during 2006 and 2008repectively. I am also availed 5400 grade pay after completed 4years of service in the rank of section officer .

Am i entitled to grede pay 6600 please ?

  5. [email protected]

Now Group insurance remains same, as such the column may be excluded from arrears.
    2. TA is same as on 1.1.2016, hence rightly there is no column is there in arrears

    3. Very good work

  6. what about the pension calculation of non defence personal of 37400-67000 scale with GP 10000 say who have put in 10 years of service in this very grade.

  7. In the normal course, reised HRA on revised pay will be paid from the month of issue of orders by the Government as in the past. Since Government is yet to take a decision on revision of allowances, HRA will be paid at the same rates on the basic pay admissible in the pre-revised scale. Therefore, the calcultion shown above is not correct.

  8. I will complete 04 years of service in Grade Pay 4800 in August 2016. As per existing rule/policy, I will be entitled for grade pay of 5400 from Sep. 2016. As per recommendations of 7th pay commission, Gr. Pay 4800 will come under Matrix 2. Now, my query is– will I get re-fixation of pay in Matrix 3 (which is for Gr. Pay 5400) after completion of 4 years of service in Gr. Pay 4800/- or will wait till MSAP ?

  9. Govt had made Central Govt employees very Foolish. Pay Commission is nothing benefited to employees .. Wait for 10 more years … Hope at that time in Centre U. P. A govt will b ruling party . It z my advice to youth not to go for govt job..

    • Hi Shailesh,

Please read the * 7th Pay Commission Official Statement for Allowance Topic section,

The Committee will complete its work in a time bound manner and submit its reports within a period of 4 months. Till a final decision, all existing Allowances will continue to be paid at the existing rates

  10. Since there is no changes in GIS hence it is not necessary to reflect in the table. Further, the NPS column is not appropriately incorporated in the arrear calculator. Please check and rectify / modify accordingly. Also there should be a column for the month of July in the calculator. This will help in knowing the rate of DA to be implemented.

  11. Pls read today min of fin OM. Para 4 clearly states that all allowance i.e HRA TA will be paid at existing rates if the existing pay structure has not been revised by ccs (rp) rules 2016. Pls clarify

  12. Kindly look into the matter of NPS in the arrear coloumn. You have deducted the the full NPS from Sixth CPC drwan statement but from due statement you have deducted only difference amount. It seems it is wrong calculation. Kindly look into the matter and rectify it accordingly or justify the above..

Since there is no changes in GIS hence it is not necessary to reflect in the table.
