ORDER
Government are pleased to enhance the rate of Uniform Allowance per year to the following categories of staff with effect from the date of order.

| Assistant Excise Commissioner | 2500/- |
| Circle Inspector | 2000/- |
| Excise Inspector | 2000/- |
| Assistant Excise Inspector | 2000/- |
| Preventive Officer /Excise Guard /Driver | 2400/- |
| Fire Force Department | |
| Director (T), Deputy Director (Admn), Divisional Officer/Assistant Divisional Officer. | 1500/- |
| Station Officer | 1500/- |
| Assistant Station Officer | 1500/- |
| Leading Fireman, Driver Mechanic, Fireman, Driver-cum-Pump Operator and Fireman. | 2400/- |
| Forest Department | |
| Driver | 2400/- |
| Boat Driver | 2400/- |
Those staff in the above Departments who have received the Uniform Allowance once in two years / three years at the existing rate are eligible for Uniform Allowance only for the remaining period / less uniform allowance already drawn /received.
