Can LTC Sanction be obtained Ex post facto?

i have retired on 31 may 1988 with 30% desibity. PPO M/LOSS/1160/88. What are my tottal emoluments as on date

I was appointed on 02.02.2005 as Helper-II my initial basic was RS.2550/- and my next increment was 2605/- .whether i am eligible for extra increment as my next increment is in feb but as per new CPC orders increment is fixed in july .

I am appointed as Group D employee in 1992. my basic is stagnated on 2005 so no increment 0n 2006 at present one increment due falls on feb to june 2006 under 6th pay commission will I get that increment in the same order or seperate order is required please kindly mail me if any one knows “[email protected]”. My question is “a govt employee used govt phone land line. Please tell us how many amount limit of bill per month used. He can authorised to expand Rs. 1000.00 per month on govt phone and bill paid by govt or concerned officer/individuals.

I am a Steno Gr.III. My Grade Pay is Rs. 2,400/-. Am I eligible for the Examination of Income Tax Officer Exam, 2012? Is it correct that according to DOPT’s instruction Steno Gr.-III and Steno Gr.-II merged ? If I am promoted in Steno Gr.-II,it is correct that I have no monetary benefit.

Govt letter under which stagnation increment was grantede before d4th pay Commission report

I have joined central govt. services in 1996 as general candidate. In service book my category is general but basically I am OBC. Can I fill the open vacancies in OBC categories without prior change in service book. Please give the answer. thanking you.

I am UDC in Delhi Govt. since 2008. I want to avail LTC for NER with my family. My grade pay is Rs. 2400/-. Please let me tell, whether I can avail Ltc by air for Ner or Andman Nikobar iland.

sir, I am working as DSP, at national Investigation Agency, Hyderaabad on deputaion from State police(AP) since 1.5.2011. At the time of my reporting my basic pay was Rs.29200/- without any grade pay. My was fixed at RS.29750/- by adding one increment and also given grade pay of Rs.5400/-. and getting all admisible allowances. Pl clarify whether it is correct.

Please help me regarding rule/provisions of Lien in respect of central govt. If any employees technical resign from any deptt. on lien and again join the parent deptt. before expiry of 2 years, can his seniority will be maintained after joining his parent deptt. again. please provide some information regarding in this matter.

I am a Central Govt. employee, posted in Port Blair in A&N Islands. My Basic pay is Rs.19740/- with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-. My home town is Kolkata. I want to visit Srinagar availing 4-year Block LTC. I am entitled to travel by air from Port Blair to Srinagar via Kolkata and Delhi. But, i want to travel part of my journey from Kolkata to Delhi by Rajdhani Express. Can it be admissible for reimburshment?

I am working in DGQA(under min. of defence)at CQAV,Ahmednagar.I I have a three son and there date of birth are 1/5/1991,28/02/1996,&16/04/1998.I have submitted my wife sterilisation certificate during 17/04/1998.(my self & my wife are within reproduction age during opration)initially my office given me family planning allowance after two year based on L.A.O’instruction office stoped the allowance & recover all given amount saying that,you have a three child after Vth pay commision.
Now I have seen policy on cgstaff news & swammi’s news on website,that employees having three children prior to 21/07.1999.

I would like to state that there is a vacant post of Assistant Administrative Officer in our department. The feeder post for promotion is Assistant with five years of continuous service. Sir, i will be completing my five years of service on 31st oct’2012 and my promotion to the post of Assistant Administrative Officer is due on 1st Nov’2012. Now the department has advertised the post of Assistant Administrative Officer for direct recruitment. At this point i requested to my authority that since my promotion is due in another 09 months so not to advertise the post for direct recruitment and keep the post vacant till my promotion period is due, but the authority denied. As such, is there any provision or rule wherein a serving government servant can let the post of Assistant Administrative Officer be filled only by promotion and not by DR?

Sir, I have been promoted to IAS under Odisha state Civil service quota .I joined in the cadre on 24thFeb, 2011. Almost one year has been passed ,but i am yet to get my year of allotment. I am getting humiliated since my juniors have become Spl Secy/Addl Secy, where as i was downgraded to Joint Secy after getting into ias. Even my grade pay has been reduced from Rs8800/ to Rs 8700/after my promotion to IAS. Under the situation, when i will get my year of allotment and id no ?
