  1. Sir I am working under Dept of Biotechnology, Govt of India, at Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development (IBSD), Imphal, Manipur as Store Keeper. I joined this service on June, 2007. But unfortunately I was suspended on 23rd May, 2012 in connection to the lost of a cheque from Cashier and I was under the custody for more than 48 hrs. The said cheque was enchased. And FIR was file. But I was arrested on suspicious ground.
    Now I want to know that is there any rule or laws saying that if a person was arrested on suspicious ground and was remanded for more than 48 hrs may joined/attained the office/institute as normal. Even the police and the judge say that I was arrested on suspicious ground. At present I am on bail. I had even wrote an application to the authority to revoke my suspension as I am not guilty.
    In this connection please help me to find out the solution.
    Please help me whether there is such rule/clause/law to revoke my suspension order and joined the office as normal as I am not guilty and was arrested on suspicious ground.
    I will be very thankful if you kindly help me to get out of this matter.

    I was appointed on deputation as safety officer in the GP 4600/-wef 12 Nov 2007, and I opted parent cadre(Sr.D’man) basic+GP4200+deputation allowance. Now MACP ( Sep 2008)was awarded in parent cadre i.e.GP4600. Should I eligible to draw GP4600+Deputation allowances because I am not exceeding deputation post Grade pay ie. 4600/-. Please Clarify with rules

    I want to know that if a central govt employee sits in office/field even after working hours is he entitled for late sitting. if yes what is the rate per hour

  6. There is ‘CHILD CARE LEAVE’ for woman govt. employees who has a child below 18 years old.And the leave is for 2 years(approx 730 days).
    My question is, is there any handicapped leave for all the govt.handicapped employees(male & female)as same as CHILD CARE LEAVE for 2 years?

    I was appointed as Senior Technical assistant in the scale of 2000-60-3200 on 14.6.89. Subsequently got my Ist ACP on 14.6.97 after 8 years. For MACP, I got IInd upgradation in the PB2 band scale with 5400 grade pay. On 22.3.2010, I applied and got PB3 band 5400 grade pay in the open advertisement. Now they implemented my fixation based on II nd upgradation in the same grade pay. I feel that the promoted post is Group A officer with high responsibility should be provided with 6600G.P.
    My organisation did not implement change in GP. Iam in IIT Madras comes under MHRD. Please somebody can give the CCs rule reference or any G.order for the eligible GP. Thanks

  10. sir i was got promotion as section officer in march 1998 in the pay scale(6500-10500) and after 4 years i got notional pay fixation in the scale (8000-13500) in march 2002 and i got new promotion as ASSISTANT REGISTRAR IN march 2010 in the pay band 15600-39100 and GRADE pay 5400/- sir my office has not given the increment on promotion sir you are requested to clarify to me wether i got increment on promotion in same scale ( SECTION OFFICER to ASSIStaNT REGISTRAR ) where my pay should have been fixed my office

    Sir,I was appointed as Jr.Hindi Translator- Pay Scale Rs.425-700/-PM in the Ordnance Factories Organization on 10.05.1980,Promoted as as Hindi Officer Grp. B Gazetted on 23.02.1989 in the Pay scale 2000-3500/-PM.(vth CPC-Rs.6500-10500/-) Awarded ACP Rs.7500-12000/-PM.w.e.f.10.05.2004.(Which has been merged in the up-gradation of Hindi offices in Pay Band 3 With Grade pay of Rs 5400/- On implementation of VIth CPC due to up-gradation of Hindi Officer post in Group A in the PB-3 Pay Band Rs15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs 5400/-PM my pay was fixed to Rs.18140 +5400/- and as on 1.7.2008 Rs.20330+5400/-PM The benefit of one ACP is denied, since my 19 years Junior Hindi officers are also getting PB-3 Scale + Grade pay of Rs.5400/- then where stands my 12 years earned ACP & seniority of 20 years so far the pay packet is concerned? Where as my basic pay was Rs.9700/- As on 1.2006
    Sir, Since 23.02.1989(20 years) as on 23.02.2009 I did’nt get any promotion or Financial up-gradation. As per the Illustration table28(A)(1)&(ii) given in the DOPTA’s Order No.35034/3/2008-Est(D) dated 19.05.2009 one should get 3 financial up-gradation in 28 years of service, whereas I have completed 28years 09months as on 23.02.2009. I superannuated w.e.f. 30.09.2009.
    Kindly clarify the rule position in my case whether I shall be continue to draw less salary/pension then my juniors who were enjoying the higher Grade pay of Rs 6600/-w.e.f.1.1.2008 moreover, Is it not justified that I should get my 2nd MACP w.e.f.01/09/2008-Rs 6600/- and Rs.7600/- w.e.f.23/02/2009
    Kindly clarify and advice accordingly.

    2. Whether I am entitled to get the benefit of bunching under the provisions of para 7(1)(A)(i)&(ii)of CCS (Revised Pay) Rule 2008
    As done in case of Hindi officers(AD(OL) of office of the Direector General (Works) CPWD, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi vide their OM No. 5/7/2010-EC.IV(SC) dated 6th May 2011.
    Kindly clarify/advise & confirm.

  13. i joind NWDA an autonomus body under MOWR in 1985 as Prog. Asst. in the pay scale OF 550-900. I was promoted as Asst. Director (Group A post) in Jan 1989 in the scale 2200-4000 .We were put into PB2 after IMPLEMENTATION OF 6TH PAY commission in the pay scale of 9300-34800 .I have not got any promotion/ACP/BENEFIT OF iSOLATED POST even after 23 years.Please comment and advice.

In the dept. of post, my initial practical training started from 21/12/2005.My induction training started from 09/01/2006.I have joined my duty at regular pay scale on 27/03/2006.I got first increment in December 2006.May i get first increment in july 2006 in revised pay structure i.e. pay commission 2006 ? please reply.

    i have 03 children. My ealder daughter passed in XII in 2005,i claimed next 02 children as per VI pay commission . As per first DOPT in which written the central govt employee claimed maximum up to 02 children.Now my office saying to back deposit lumsum amount of third child,

    My father is an ex serviceman, Mr. Manik Sewlikar (EME battalion last rank : Hav No. 7030858; period served in the army From 1955 to 1973) At present he is 77 years old. Mean while he was with the telecom dept from 1975 to 1994 and retired. Since after the retirement from army he used to get the regular pension till 2002, at present he is drawing the pension from Bank of Maharshtra , Cidco branch, Aurangabad (Maharshtra) (P.P.O.No. 22505/S/73) but there is difficulty in getting the pension of army. And bank says that it is irregular and not being disbursed monthly from C.D.A. (Pension) ORS, Droupadi ghat Allahbad office. More over the bank deduct the amount as and when without any intimation to us from his pension account. we have already made correspondence with army’s Allahabad office and with Bank of Maharashtra but is in vain. Can u help nd guide us in solving the matter or how we can proceed in this case? Can we change the bank and transfer our pension ac. to S.B.I. for getting better services.pl. guide .
