Sir,
I am a Central Govt. employee, posted in Port Blair in A&N Islands. My Basic pay is Rs.19740/- with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-. My home town is Kolkata. I want to visit Srinagar availing 4-year Block LTC. I am entitled to travel by air from Port Blair to Srinagar via Kolkata and Delhi. But, i want to travel part of my journey from Kolkata to Delhi by Rajdhani Express. Can it be admissible for reimburshment?

Though the central pay commission has taken full care of pensioners of central govt. employees, but as compared with the certain state govt. decisions the pensioners are benifitted in such a way that they feel in more comfortable position as compared with central govt.pensioners (though the serving condition of central govt. employees is very difficult as compared with the state govt. employees). Take the case of Punjab govt. pensioners, they get a rise in basic pension @ 5% of their basic pension at the age of 65 years and their after rise of 5% after every five years, more over they get LT C (equal to their basic pension
)after every two years unconditionally, they may perform journey or not.The medical allowance to Punjab pensioners is Rs.500/- per month where as the central govt. pensioners get Rs.300/- per month as medical allowance.
Though central govt. has sanctioned 20% rise in the pension at the age of 80 years, which is a very wise step from the point of view of taking care of pensioners by their kins, but the pensioners could hardly enjoy the benefit of such rise in their pension. In my considered opinion a rise of 5% after every five years in their pension will actually benefit them,and their wish to live long will be generated.The sanction of LTC equal to their basic pay after every two years and enhanced medical allowance will make their living easy.

sir there are 550 post for driver promotion panel in ‘RAILWAY’ including sc st candidates,but out of which only 50 candidates will send for training of driver further that given him promotion.so please sir tell me,will they include sc st candidate as per reservation rule in that 50,from 550 candidates for promotion OR they send only 50 general candidates,without sc st.tell me how they send for promotion and which reservation rule is for it.

Please help me with rules/provisions regarding eligibility of pension in respect of government servants resigning from government service to get absorbed in international organizations having completed more than 10 years but less than 20 years of regular service? Whether they are eligible for pension?
